Study in France from Angola: procedure, visa, grants
Angola is on the Campus France list of countries covered by the Etudes en France procedure, so candidates resident there apply to French institutions through that platform, supported by the Espace Campus France in Luanda. Non-EU students then need the long-stay student visa, the VLS-TS, which is issued after admission and validated online once in France. Public universities charge non-EU students differentiated tuition, 2,902 euros a year in licence and 3,950 euros in master unless an exemption is granted, while doctorates pay 398 euros. On funding, INAGBE manages Angola's external study grants, and the French government scholarships listed by France Diplomatie are another lead.
