Study in France from Bangladesh: procedure and visa
Bangladesh appears on the official list of 75 countries and territories concerned by the Etudes en France procedure, so candidates file their applications, pay the Campus France service fee and complete the pre-consular steps on the platform before requesting the long-stay visa. The student visa is a VLS-TS, issued for four months to one year, to be validated online within the three months following arrival in France. First-time non-EU entrants pay differentiated registration fees of 2,902 euros at licence level and 3,950 euros at master level for 2026-2027, while the national rates are 178 and 255 euros; exemptions exist, notably for scholarship holders, and doctorates pay 398 euros. The CVEC student life contribution adds 105 euros unless the student is exempted. For funding, Campus France Bangladesh lists scholarships open to foreign students, and the French government's France Excellence Eiffel programme finances master and doctoral candidates selected by French institutions.
