Study in France from Ghana: Etudes en France and funding

Ghana is on the Etudes en France list, so candidates resident in Ghana apply through the Campus France platform and the Espace Campus France in Accra, and the procedure is compulsory for non-EU residents of the country. A long-stay VLS-TS visa is required after admission and is validated online on arrival. Non-EU students face differentiated tuition at public universities, 2,902 euros in licence and 3,950 euros in master for 2026-2027, with exemptions still possible, and doctorates at 398 euros. Campus France Ghana publishes a scholarship page and details the French Embassy in Ghana master's scholarship, while the Ghana Scholarships Authority administers state awards.
